Liferay Maven Support
This is something I started doing quite a few years ago to better use Maven for builds with Liferay plugins but I really got more into it after I joined Liferay. The goal of the project is to provide all the same functionality for Maven users as Liferay provides with the ant based plugins sdk. It's fully maven based and uses combination of plugins (Mojo) and project templates (archetype). In addition to that Liferay provides publishes maven artifacts for Liferay.
